Native desktop notifications and sound for Instagram activity — notifications, DMs, and incoming calls — while you work in other tabs.

  • Get desktop notifications for new Instagram activity, messages, and calls
  • Choose a different sound for each kind of alert
  • Mute alerts while you're already looking at Instagram
  • See recent activity and counts at a glance from the toolbar icon
  • Preview each alert sound and notification before you rely on it
  • Turn activity, message, and call alerts on or off separately

How to use it

  1. Click the extension icon in your toolbar to open it.
  2. Works directly on the page on www.instagram.com, instagram.com.
  3. Adjust its settings from the options page (right-click the icon → Options).
